All the mod cons including a hi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Staff very helpful and friendly, very clean place, near Haymarket Station which is convenient. Ten minutes walk to Princes St. Very quiet at night. Fabulous value for a 4 star. Couldn't recommend it enough!!!!'

We offer serviced fully equipped self catering apartment accommodation based in several locations throughout Edinburgh. Our apartments situated on Morrison Street Grove Street in the heart of the West End of Edinburgh only a short walk to Princes Street offer exceptional value for the leisure or business traveller. The Apartments are located in an ideal situation for shopping restaurants bars and places of interest to the visitor. It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to Princes Street the main commercial Street in Edinburgh and 15 20 minutes to the Castle from the apartments. Each of our apartments has a lounge with dining area a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher washing machine drier and bathroom with bath shower. The lounge dining area has comfortable sofas cable TV including news sports movie channels a direct dial phone. Everything is provided from bed linen towels to wine glasses. A hairdryer is also provided. Housekeeping will refresh the apartment for you daily. Although the apartments are self catering an initial starter pack of breakfast cereals fresh milk tea coffee sugar and biscuits is provided on arrival. The accommodation is in a secure environment with CCTV and entry phone system electric gates and a lift to all floors. Complimentary car parking facilities are also provided on site. Please note that there is no lift at Morrison Street and complimentary car parking is available 500yds away at our Grove Street car park.
