Under private ownership, this elegant and comfortable five-storey Victorian townhouse was designed by John Chessar between 1875 and 1880. Firmly established over twenty years, the hotel was refurbished and redecorated recently to its present high standard and retains many original features which add to its character.Whether for business, shopping or relaxation, a warm welcome is always guaranteed. Some of our rooms are on the top (3rd) floor and offer views across the city, however we do not have a lift. If you would prefer a room on a lower floor, please request it at the time of booking and we will try and arrange it. A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. Please note the latest check-in time is 22.
