What to Do
Although Edinburgh has some wonderful museums and galleries, the best things about Edinburgh is walking and enjoying the architecture and wonderful landscape. You will be surprised to know that it rains less in Edinburgh than either London or Rome, so dont think because it is Scotland, it will rain!
- Climb Arthur's Seat and enjoy a quarter bottle of champagne on the top
- Stand outside the new parliament and argue about whether it is the best architecture in the world... or not
- Sit inside an Edinburgh pub and enjoy the classic Scottish drink: an pint of 80 shilling with a side glass of a dram of whisky
